The impact you’ll make As a Production Test Technician at Lam, you’ll excel in setting up, calibrating, and troubleshooting circuits, components, and mechanical assemblies of advanced semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment (WFE). You’ll develop test specifications and procedures, ensuring precision to design specification and customer needs. You’ll play a crucial role in testing and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies, providing valuable insight through technical reports. Join us in maintaining the highest standard of quality in our production processes at Lam. What you’ll do Support a safe work environment by following safe work practices, adhering to safety guidelines, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and following Lockout Tagout (LOTO) policies and procedures. Provide timely clear communication to appropriate stakeholders including production status, tasks completed, detailed descriptions, continuous improvement ideas, and shift pass downs. Work collaboratively as part of a cohesive team to maintain workflow and production schedules. Who we’re looking for Less than 1 year of related experience. Able to work 12-hour shifts in fast paced and time-sensitive environment. Effective communication skills, written and verbal, skills in English. Proficiency in computer-based data systems, applications, and Microsoft Office software. Frequently position oneself (e.g., bend, stoop, reach, walk, sit, twist, squat, kneel, climb, stand) to perform job tasks including moving parts and equipment weighing up to 35 pounds; operating various hand tools, equipment, and fixtures.
