Productions/Events Manager | Makati (Hybrid)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days wfh) Location: Makati Industry: Events Key Responsibilities: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns. Lead the production team while managing project schedules, budgets, and overall resource allocation. Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and talents to ensure seamless event delivery from pre-production to post-event. Monitor project progress, address operational challenges, and maintain high standards of execution. Work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure concepts are practical and executed as intended. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in event production, activations, or a similar industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational and coordination abilities. At least two (2) years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, make sound decisions under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
