Expected pay for this position is $33.52 - $39.44/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced, outgoing, and resourceful recruiter to join our team!

This is a remote position, but applicants must reside within 60 miles of an OSF location. Initial training will be onsite in Peoria, IL.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Professional Recruiter II is responsible for independently recruiting, sourcing, pipelining and screening best fit candidates for hard-to-fill positions throughout OSF HealthCare. Responsible for gaining thorough knowledge of assigned job categories, while serving as a consultant to hiring leaders and building and nourishing relationships with external and internal partners. Responsible for the development of comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategies that identify candidates who align with department goals and key initiatives within the business. Serves as an OSF brand ambassador and subject matter expert for their job categories at various events.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment
• Experience using social media and job boards to source for hard-to-fill roles

Other skills/knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience: 3+ years of previous recruitment experience.
