What You’ll Do as and Professional Services Associate: Delivery of implementation projects, driving customers to success and value realization on the platform. Follow project plans, respecting deadlines, and communicating proactively about progress and risks. Craft best-in-class financial models to optimize and enhance clients' existing processes. Onboard, train, and support clients, transforming them into Abacum experts. Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to brainstorm and develop innovations in our features. You have… 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing a financial planning/EPM platform ; this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have (such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Drivetrain, Pigment, or similar). Ability to explain financial and technical concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders. Working knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation), enough to challenge a client's assumptions, not just document them. Proficiency with Excel and ability to build financial models. Experience with SaaS project tools and Agile/hybrid methodologies. Strong client-facing communication, comfortable presenting to and influencing senior finance stakeholders. Formal Project Management Qualifications are a plus, not a requirement.
