Job Description:

We are seeking a Program Analyst to provide analytical, operational, reporting, and coordination support across FAA IT programs, product services, centralized work tracking, governance, and user support. This role supports the FAA Chief Data Office (CDO) Enterprise Information & Data Integration Program and works with cross-functional technical and mission teams to deliver secure, reliable, and well-documented outcomes.

Requirements:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • This position is remote, candidate must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, DC, FL, GA, ID, MD, MS, NJ, NC, OK, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
  • Occasional travel may be required. Candidates should be able to attend meetings at FAA facilities and other locations throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform work closely related to the assigned tasks and work products.
  • Strong written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitive, confidential, or regulated information and follow FAA and federal policies and procedures.
  • Ability to use FAA-issued accounts and Government-designated collaboration and task-tracking systems as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FAA, federal, or regulated enterprise IT experience.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, dashboards, service metrics, or knowledge management.
  • Experience supporting PMO reporting, helpdesk operations, product adoption, or data-governance programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Document and analyze requirements, operating procedures, system information, project data, service metrics, and performance trends across ADO programs and products.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, dashboards, status inputs, project records, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, staffing information, and deliverable status.
  • Support the Government-approved centralized task-tracking environment as the authoritative source for assignments, priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Assist with reporting and governance activities, including monthly status inputs, meeting records, workforce and utilization data, product performance, and adoption measures.
  • Analyze service tickets and user issues, coordinate with product owners and technical teams, and support triage, assignment, tracking, status communication, and closure.
  • Develop and maintain FAQs, troubleshooting guides, job aids, onboarding materials, and other knowledge-base resources intended to improve user self-service.
  • Support user onboarding, access coordination, communications, training, feedback collection, and adoption of ADO data, analytics, governance, and AI products.
  • Apply a working understanding of data systems, APIs, ETL processes, dashboards, and cloud services to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Protect sensitive and proprietary information and comply with FAA security, records-management, and information-sharing requirements.
