Position Overview


OWT Global LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to provide analytical, operational, and quality focused support to our RADAR Field Solutions Engineering (FSE) team that currently partners with and assists a fast-growing company in the pre- and post-sale technical engagements of a unique compact radar. This role will work closely with the RADAR FSE team and project manager to track performance, ensure quality standards, assist with deployment & travel readiness, and support continuous improvement across the services support pipeline. The Program Analyst will help maintain a responsive, high-quality rapid deployment operation that supports OCONUS travel, sales, integration, training, and support services.




Key Responsibilities

  • Track action items, expenses, and milestones across a growing team.
  • Assist with calendar status, resource tracking, and deconfliction analysis.
  • Prepare recurring status reports, briefings, and data products for program leadership.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process or quality improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, trackers, and electronic repositories.
  • Assist program leadership with cross-functional coordination with business operations teams including finance & accounting, human resources, information technology, security, and mission readiness.
  • Support quality assurance activities by reviewing program records, and deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Support audit readiness and internal quality reviews of program related CDRLs and records.
  • Perform other analytical and administrative duties as required to sustain a high performing enterprise.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Operations Research, Accounting or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in program analysis, training operations support, quality assurance, or related analytical roles supporting DoD or federal programs.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, data tracking tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder remote or hybrid environment.


Desired Skills & Experience


  • Experience supporting globally deployed teams or distributed team efforts preferred.
  • Experience using Deltek Costpoint is highly desired.
  • Experience briefing financial reports to Executives
  • Familiarity with supporting DOD customers and contracts.
  • Prior quality assurance or continuous process improvement experience (e.g., reviewing training records, evaluating compliance, or supporting QMP related activities).
  • Experience preparing government-facing reports, metrics dashboards, or briefing materials.


Clearance & Citizenship

  • U.S. Citizen, with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoW security clearance.
