Full-Time Programs Coordinator & Facilitator | Brisbane-Based | Hybrid Role

Are you a passionate educator, HPE teacher, coach or mentor ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people?

Character Builders is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated team player to join our growing team, helping coordinate and deliver our engaging programs across Queensland and interstate.

This is a hands-on, rewarding role combining office-based coordination with exciting days in schools and camps, facilitating incursions, excursions and character-building experiences.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting program development and delivery

Coordinating staff rostering, training and team support

Organising and packing equipment for our programs

Getting involved in school and camp experiences

Helping our amazing facilitator team deliver their best

Who we’re looking for:

Someone who understands school environments and is passionate about character development, physical wellbeing and mental growth. A background in HPE, education, coaching, mentoring, fitness or student development would be ideal.

Full training provided!

📍 Brisbane-based | Full-time/Open to 9 Day fortnight | Hybrid office and on-site role

Salary Negotiable on experience
