Responsible for the operational oversight, compliance management, analytics, auditing, financial stewardship, reporting, contract pharmacy management, inventory oversight, and strategic optimization of the 340B Program. Serves as the organizational subject-matter expert and partners with pharmacy, compliance, finance, legal, information technology, and operational leaders to ensure program integrity and regulatory compliance.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, oversight, stakeholder engagement, committee management, and strategic direction.
  • Serve as the primary program coordinator and liaison for all 340B-related matters. Develop, maintain, and enforce 340B policies and procedures.
  • Develop training programs and communicate regulatory changes to staff involved in the 340B program, which may include physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Lead and document regularly scheduled audits of 340B OPAIS records, contract pharmacy reviews, and any corrective action plans.
  • Develop systems and processes to mitigate program risks.
  • Monitor and audit state Medicaid claims to prevent optional duplicate discounts.
  • Develop utilization, savings, compliance, and financial reports.
  • Monitor purchasing, replenishment, inventory controls, shortages, and DSCSA compliance.
  • Manage contract relationships, performance reviews, and vendor oversight.
  • Oversee split-billing, TPA, interfaces, testing, and system optimization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance, efficiency, and patient impact.

Minimum Qualifications Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree.
  2. A total of one (1) year (12 months) experience with compliance management, the 340b program, and analytics (Note: Master’s Degree in an area consistent with the duties of the position may be substituted for one (1) year of work experience.)
