Program Development and Facilitation Intern

Duration 2 months (with potential extension and permanent role based on organisational needs and mutual fit) About Reapra Reapra is building a different approach to entrepreneurship focused on addressing long-term systemic issues through sustainable and human-centred businesses. A core part of this approach is Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program and Purpose Design program, a process designed to help individuals better understand their past, current identity, life mission and align these with meaningful work. About the Role We are looking for a highly driven individual who is interested in the intersection of psychology and business - understanding people and contributing to meaningful learning experiences. This role sits at the intersection of facilitation, participant support, research and program development. You will work closely with participants as they navigate questions around identity and purpose, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of the IFD program and Purpose Design program. The IFD program and Purpose Design program involve past childhood reflection, identity modelling and life mission development, ultimately leading to meaningful and practical application to work and life. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people and can adapt to different personalities and situations. The work involves supporting participants through complex and often open-ended conversations, therefore strong listening skills and interpersonal awareness are important. Equally important is a willingness to take initiative and contribute in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitation Support Assist in planning and facilitating IFD sessions and Purpose Design sessions focused on identity exploration, worldview development and life mission framing Support facilitators in creating productive and engaging learning environments Observe participant interactions and identify opportunities to deepen engagement Participant Engagement Build strong working relationships with participants throughout the client journey Act as a consistent point of contact and support Communicate thoughtfully and adapt your approach depending on individual needs and contexts Research and Program Development Conduct research to strengthen facilitation practices and participant experiences Contribute to team discussions about ideas and improvements to existing frameworks and methodologies Documentation and Operations Capture key insights, track participant progress and maintain clear documentation Support internal coordination across different initiatives Who May Thrive in This Role We are interested in people who demonstrate: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Curiosity about people, behaviour and human development Emotional intelligence and the ability to engage thoughtfully with different perspectives Initiative and a willingness to take ownership Strong work ethic and comfort operating in dynamic environments Adaptability and comfort working with open-ended conversations Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple responsibilities Interest in solving larger societal and systemic challenges Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Currently pursuing or completed studies in psychology, sociology, education, organisational behaviour, business, philosophy or related disciplines Experience in facilitation, mentoring, education, coaching, research, community work, or similar people-focused roles is advantageous Hands-on experience facilitating and supporting transformative learning experiences Opportunities to contribute to the development of an evolving framework and program Mentorship from experienced facilitators and exposure to a global entrepreneurial network Professional development across facilitation, communication, and program design
