In this role, you will lead the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs that elevate seller capability, accelerate ramp, and drive consistent, high-performance execution across the revenue engine. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Sales Enablement and is an individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence. How We Work As a Program Enablement Strategy & Execution Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Collaborating with Sales Leadership, Training, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to define segment-specific enablement strategies aligned to Corpay’s Go-To-Market Sales Process and Sales Methodology. By leveraging data, AI-assisted design and delivery, insights, and cross-functional expertise, this role shapes readiness programs, orchestrates onboarding experiences, and ensures the delivery of impactful, scalable enablement solutions that support organizational growth and revenue outcomes. Enablement Strategy & Execution Develop and execute data-informed enablement strategies that improve productivity, conversion, quota attainment, and time-to-ramp. Operate a structured intake and prioritization process that evaluates incoming enablement requests against business impact, and say no with data when a request does not clear the bar. Apply AI tools to accelerate program design, content development, and sales readiness analysis, shortening the time between an identified business need and deployed enablement. Define a segment-specific learning and readiness strategy tied to business priorities and performance goals. Leverage analytics, seller insights, and operational metrics to diagnose gaps and inform initiatives. Prioritize and manage enablement projects, content updates, messaging, and communications to ensure consistent sales alignment and adoption. Onboarding & Training In partnership with Revenue Enablement partners, drive the strategic direction of new hire onboarding, curriculum redesign, and development. Identify and activate Guest Facilitators and SMEs to support high-quality training delivery and content accuracy. Assess new hire performance and ongoing capability needs to inform program improvements. Partner with instructional design teams to guide the creation of relevant, scalable training programs. Facilitate training sessions when necessary to reinforce key concepts and support effective adoption. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a strategic liaison between Sales and cross-functional partners to align messaging, content, and enablement workflows. Track program effectiveness using performance metrics, adoption data, and seller feedback—recommending enhancements as needed. Using AI-assisted analysis to surface patterns across call, CRM, and content data. Deliver ongoing communication updates, enablement calendars, readiness summaries, and performance dashboards for supported teams. Gather and curate content for sales newsletters and messaging to ensure consistent, compliant communication across the organization. Change Management & Communication Develop and execute communication and change management plans to support rollout of new initiatives, tools, and processes. Provide targeted coaching and performance support to Sales Reps and Sales Leaders to reinforce program adoption. Ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business priorities across segments and stakeholder groups. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training and coaching. Proven ability to design, manage, and execute high-impact enablement programs that improve seller performance. Strong understanding of B2B Sales Sales operations, sales cycles, KPIs, and best practices. Expertise in leveraging learning design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles. Excellent communication, facilitation, storytelling, and project management skills. Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to measure impact and inform decisions. Demonstrated use of AI tools in enablement work, including content development, practice and coaching, or data analysis. Candidates should be able to speak to specific tools, use cases, and results. Ability to influence and partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps without direct authority. Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Familiarity with modern sales enablement and learning tools and platforms (Allego, Articulate 360, Communication technology, etc.). Ability to travel up to 10% as needed. Preferred Experience & Competencies Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B SaaS industries. Certifications in applicable sales coaching, training, and instructional design methodologies.
