Program Manager

Programme Manager – Implementation – 9-month contract - £725 (Outside IR35) p/d – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Programme Manager to support the implementation of a Commercial Operating Model across business units within a complex organisation.

Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in embedding an established operating model, driving alignment across business units and ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including Business Unit Presidents and HR, to deliver organisational change, support role alignment, oversee recruitment planning and help onboard new hires as the transformation progresses.

This role requires an individual who is comfortable operating in a complex stakeholder environment, able to build consensus, influence senior leaders and successfully deliver change across multiple business areas.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering large-scale business transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing Commercial Operating Models.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Experience leading organisational change, including role alignment and operating model implementation.
• Comfortable working in complex environments.
• Ability to drive delivery across multiple business units.

Location: remote

Day rate: £725 (Outside IR35)
