Drive meaningful improvements in cross-selling capability, client conversations, and commercial performance. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Own sales training strategy Define end‑to‑end enablement curriculum for front office teams – Sales, Client Relationship/Account Managers Prioritise cross‑sell capability, commercial judgement, and client‑centric conversations Training content ownership and creation Lead creation of training outlines, learning objectives, and core content Ensure material reflects real client scenarios rather than product theory Partner with instructional design Work closely with instructional designers and e-learning developers to translate content into high‑quality e‑learning and blended formats Act as the content authority and quality gate for all training outputs Stakeholder collaboration Partner with Product, Relationship Management and Sales leaders to ensure training reflects current propositions and priorities Incorporate feedback from the field to continuously improve relevance and impact Capability measurement Embed assessment and reinforcement mechanisms to track adoption and learning effectiveness What you will bring to this role You bring a passion for developing great content for high-performing sales teams, with the ability to turn commercial goals into engaging, impactful learning experiences.
