Strategic Mobilization and Alignment: Partner with leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable scopes, timelines, and cross-functional initiatives that support enterprise goals. Cross Functional Integration: Facilitate alignment across departments and serve as a bridge between project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure all activities contribute to Operations Infrastructure goals. Progress Tracking and Reporting: Oversee project performance, manage risks, report on progress, and provide targeted administrative support to ensure high-priority initiatives succeed. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trusted partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders by demonstrating executive presence, providing proactive support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust among team members. Deliverable Creation: Develop, review, and present executive-level deliverables while continuously innovating and improving operational processes. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
