Program Manager

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, related projects focused on data migration, data mesh, and reporting-tool rationalization.

Work setup: Hybrid in Brussels: 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Define program objectives with management and key stakeholders.
• Oversee project progress and provide project managers with a consolidated program perspective.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
• Estimate, allocate, and monitor program and project budgets.
• Sponsor projects, participate in steering committees, and support critical project-level activities.
• Report program status, decisions, risks, and financial progress to management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Compliance, Permanent Control, and Operational Risk policies and procedures.

Must-have requirements:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience as a Program Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex projects or programs comprising multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proven experience with data migration, data mesh, and reporting-tool rationalization.
• Familiarity with diverse IT systems and strong organizational awareness.
• Strategic thinking, sound decision-making, and the ability to maintain a program-level overview.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team-motivation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
