Qualifications
- 4–7 years of professional experience in technical program or project management roles
- Current experience as a Technical Program Manager or Technical Project Manager
- Robust understanding of software development processes and system architecture
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional engineering programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and execution skills
- Experience working in fast-paced product organizations with frequent release cycles (weekly or faster)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities with a bias for action
- Experience working on billing, payments, subscriptions, invoicing, revenue systems, or financial transactions
- Preferred: Experience at a payments or fintech company or ownership of billing/payment initiatives
- Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Develop comprehensive program plans, define key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery
- Manage dependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve blockers to maintain momentum
- Coordinate efforts across engineering, product, design, and business teams to facilitate seamless execution
- Lead release planning activities, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to schedules
- Track program health using relevant metrics and communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance engineering efficiency and delivery predictability
- Ensure that project execution aligns with business priorities and maximizes customer impact
