SAP Program Manager – Germany

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP implementation and transformation programs in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP programs and multiple workstreams.
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation projects.
• Manage multiple SAP projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Coordinate SAP functional/technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Manage program governance, reporting, escalations, and steering committees.
• Lead testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live activities.

Requirements:

• IT experience with strong SAP Program/Project Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and budget management skills.
• Experience working with international/global teams.
• PMP/PRINCE2/SAP Activate certification is an advantage.
