Program Manager

eir business talent is looking to hire an experienced an experiencedIT Program Manager with 5 to 10 years of project and program management experience to lead complex HR technology and transformation initiatives. This is a 6-month contract position operating under a hybrid work model requiring a combination of onsite and remote work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, including planning, budget and resource management, governance, risk and dependency management, vendor coordination, and executive reporting. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with HR, IT, business teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and adoption of technology solutions.

Key Responsibities

• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation strategies.
• Drive program governance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and project management best practices.
• Lead and manage complex HR technology and transformation programs from initiation through delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, business stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Monitor program performance and provide regular executive-level status reporting.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting and financial tracking.
• Support change management initiatives to drive successful user adoption.
• Ensure business requirements are translated into effective technology solutions.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, deliverables and performance against agreed objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in project and program management.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, timelines and executive reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar systems.
• Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with vendor and third-party partner management.
