Program Manager – Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
**Key Requirements:**

- Prior State or Federal client experience
- Active PMP certification required
**Project Scope:**
The PM will manage SCC’s transition to a new Banking partner across seven divisions involved in revenue collection, deposit duties, and cash‑management processes. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders (Banking partner, SCC divisions, OCC, ETS), documenting requirements, supporting process changes, and ensuring alignment on milestones and delivery timelines.
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Lead transition to new Banking partner across SCC divisions
- Manage deliverables, resources, and cross‑division dependencies
- Document requirements for each division
- Facilitate process reengineering and modernization
- Support adoption of new banking technology and streamlined workflows
- Maintain stakeholder alignment and schedule commitments
**Required Skills (8+ Years):**
- Program management, IT modernization, enterprise delivery
- Process reengineering & mapping
- Driving on‑time delivery and managing dependencies
- Multi‑division modernization leadership
- Strong facilitation, communication, and executive presentation skills
- Agile (Scrum/Kanban) familiarity with Jira/Planner
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, PowerBI
- Hands‑on support through significant process changes
- Confidentiality, initiative, professionalism
- **Active PMP required**
**Highly Desired:**
- CSM, SAFe certifications
- Banking platforms, Oracle, or similar ERP experience
- Revenue collection/cash‑management experience
- Additional Agile/Product certifications (CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation)
