Program Manager

• Location: Remote with up to 10% travel
• Department: Consumer Experience
• Schedule: Day Shift | Full-time
• Eligible for an annual bonus incentive

• Defines and facilitates the development of physical space standards and develops program goals and infrastructure to align with defined business strategy.
• Manages programs through creating plans, management tools and reporting capabilities Leading cross-functional teams and ensures resources are assigned to meet program goals.
• Recommends program budget and monitors and adjusts plan as resource requirements change.
• Communicates and documents program quality outcomes and progress metrics and addresses and resolves project issues to ensure goals remain on track.
• Manages large portfolio-wide enhancing programs identifying and integrating throughout the organization.

Education and Work Experience:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred

Additional Preferences:

• 3-5 years in program/project management
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
