This is a newly created position reporting to the COO and working closely with senior leadership and functional leads across the organisation.
The Programme Manager will be responsible for providing structure, visibility and accountability across a range of business programmes and projects.
The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring actions and milestones remain on track.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain visibility of key projects and initiatives across the business.
- Develop and maintain project and programme plans, including milestones, owners and timelines.
- Coordinate regular project and management reviews.

- Support business planning and priority-setting activities.
- Maintain project reporting, dashboards and key performance metrics.
- Prepare clear and concise updates for senior management.
- Coordinate activity across multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Take ownership of individual projects and workstreams as required.

- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and following up on actions and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong Excel skills and confidence using project management and collaboration tools.
- Degree in business, engineering, science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Experience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, manufacturing or another regulated environment.
- Experience working across multiple functions or departments.
- Exposure to project/programme reporting, PMO processes or business performance management.
- Experience working within a growing or changing organisation.
Previous medical device experience is beneficial but not essential. The key requirements are strong organisation, communication, judgement and the ability to drive projects and actions through to completion.
