Program Manager

Role Description The Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of content and media initiatives across Silicon Mania’s platforms. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining program objectives, building timelines, aligning cross-functional teams, and tracking deliverables for shows, campaigns, and special features. The role also involves managing stakeholder communication, monitoring budgets and resources, identifying risks, and implementing process improvements to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery. The Program Manager will regularly analyze performance metrics and audience feedback to refine program plans and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Program and project management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination of cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced media environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including stakeholder management and clear status reporting.
• Experience in media, tech content, or digital platforms, with an interest in technology and entertainment.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, collaborating in person in Dubai and independently from home.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to improving processes.
