Program Manager - Digital Transformation - Wiesbaden - Hybrid

I am recruiting for an experienced Program Manager to lead and enhance digital Direct-to-

Patient (DTP) solutions within a Global Healthcare organisation.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Digital Health, Health Insurance, or related industries, with experience collaborating across business, technology, and external stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the evolution and optimisation of digital Direct-to-Patient business

solutions.

Analyse, improve, and manage reimbursement processes and patient service

workflows.

Enhance customer journeys and ensure a seamless patient experience across

digital platforms.

Lead complex cross-functional programs involving business, IT, operations,

healthcare providers, and external partners.

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and thirdparty

vendors.

Gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into scalable digital

solutions.

Generate data-driven insights and recommendations through customer, market,

and business analysis.

Support strategic initiatives, innovation programs, and digital transformation

projects.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.

Drive continuous improvement of digital platforms, services, and operational

processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems,

Health Economics, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

8-10+ years of experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals,

Digital Health, Health Insurance, or related industries.

Proven experience leading large-scale projects and programs involving multiple

stakeholders.

Strong understanding of digital business models, customer experience, and

process optimization.

Knowledge of the German healthcare ecosystem and healthcare reimbursement

processes.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with reimbursement, payer, or health insurance processes.

Knowledge of Salesforce, CRM platforms, or E-commerce systems.

Experience developing, implementing, or managing digital products and

customer-facing platforms.

Background in Diabetes Care, Medical Devices, or Digital Health solutions.

Experience working in global or multinational organizations.

PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project/program management certifications
