The Data Coordinating Center (DCC) at Seattle Children's supports collaborative programs that bring together clinicians, researchers, healthcare organizations, and community partners to advance multicenter clinical research and improve healthcare delivery. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Program Manager II to help lead the coordination and implementation of initiatives across these partnerships. The position will initially support a statewide rural healthcare initiative focused on strengthening pediatric care through clinical partnerships, education, and innovative care delivery approaches, with opportunities to contribute to other DCC programs as organizational needs evolve.

In this role, the Program Manager II will serve as a central point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders, taking ownership of partner engagement, program implementation, and day-to-day operations. The individual will manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams and participating sites, develop and maintain systems for tracking progress, and support program reporting and continuous improvement. Success in this position requires independent judgment, initiative, effective communication, and the ability to translate program objectives into coordinated action across diverse healthcare and research settings.

Work Schedule: This is a 0.50 FTE (20 hours per week) position with a hybrid work arrangement. The selected candidate is expected to work onsite at Seattle Children's Research Institute on Thursdays and Fridays, with the remaining half-day scheduled for remote work
