Program Manager IT and Business Transformation Apply Now ReOrbit is looking for a Program Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation, automation and business systems initiatives across the company. As our Program Manager, you will play a central role in improving how ReOrbit operates and scales, bringing structure, visibility and alignment across complex cross-functional initiatives. You will work closely with the CFO organisation, Head of IT & Business Systems, Security, Engineering, HR, Procurement and Operations to coordinate transformation projects, streamline processes and remove operational bottlenecks. Responsibilities Establish program governance structures, reporting standards and tracking mechanisms; create and publish periodic program status reports, dashboards, KPIs and executive updates. Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies and budget utilisation across multiple workstreams, ensuring transparency and accountability across transformation initiatives. Work closely with the Head of IT & Business Systems and CFO organisation to streamline project execution, schedules and deliveries. Act as the central coordination point between business units, IT, vendors, engineering teams and leadership stakeholders; facilitate workshops, planning sessions and cross-functional project reviews. Manage relationships with implementation partners, suppliers and service providers, holding external delivery to the same governance standards as internal initiatives. Analyse existing business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and manual dependencies; drive automation initiatives using modern collaboration, workflow and productivity tools. Improve operational scalability through automation, standardisation and system integration, supporting digital transformation initiatives across multiple business functions. Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide IT and business systems transformation initiatives, managing multiple concurrent projects across infrastructure, cloud platforms, security and business applications. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies and success metrics for each initiative, driving execution while balancing speed, scalability and operational stability. Support the implementation, optimisation and governance of ERP and core business applications, including Dynamics 365, and coordinate integrations across Finance, HR, Procurement, Engineering and Operations. Lead collaboration platform initiatives, including the migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. Coordinate security-related projects in partnership with IT and Security teams, supporting the implementation of governance, access controls and compliance processes. Skills and Requirements 7+ years of experience in Program Management, IT Transformation, PMO or Business Systems leadership roles. Strong reporting, governance and organisational skills, with experience owning KPIs, dashboards and executive-level status reporting. Strong experience managing cross-functional IT and business transformation initiatives end-to-end. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and business audiences. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams, including external implementation partners and vendors. Understanding of business process optimisation and automation methodologies. Experience delivering ERP, collaboration platform, cloud or enterprise application projects. Experience working in fast-paced, scaling or technology-driven environments. What does ReOrbit do?
