Website: https://mi-hubus.com Job Description Overview Program Manager – Direct Uniform Sales The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and ongoing management of Direct Uniform Sales and apparel programs from initial concept through completion. This position serves as the primary point of contact between customers, internal operations, production, purchasing, distribution, and other stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered accurately, on time, and within established quality and budget requirements. The Program Manager monitors program performance, identifies opportunities for improvement and growth, resolves issues, and ensures each program meets customer expectations and company standards. Customer retention and growth opportunity identification are key responsibilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Program Management Work closely with the Director of Implementation on initial account set-up and program definition. Manage all aspects of the program from launch. Communicate requirements clearly across departments to ensure alignment and execution. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain program timelines, milestones, deliverables, and priorities. Track program progress and provide updates to management, key stakeholders, and the customer. Identify potential delays, risks, or operational issues and develop appropriate solutions. Ensure program documentation, specifications, and records are accurate and current. Product Management Partner with Design, Product Development, and Sourcing teams to deliver customer product needs, while developing a strong understanding of program specifications, sizing, materials, colors, construction, and quality requirements. Review apparel samples, specifications, purchase requirements, and production details. Coordinate product revisions and secure required internal and external approvals. Work with internal teams to address quality, availability, production, and delivery concerns. Collaborate with Planning on program forecasts, monitor inventory levels and product availability, and use reporting tools to identify potential shortages or excess inventory. Building Customer Relationships Serve as a primary contact for assigned account portfolio. Establish and maintain customer relationships through multiple touchpoints including regular team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, and in-person visits. Effective communication of program requirements, changes, deadlines, and expectations. Coordinate product information, samples, lead times, and delivery schedules. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Negotiate solutions to program-related issues when appropriate. Operations & Distribution Work with internal teams to ensure product is received, processed, stored, altered, packaged, and distributed according to program requirements. Monitor order fulfillment and delivery performance key performance indicators. Identify process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Assist in developing procedures and workflows for new and existing programs. Establish and maintain quality expectations for assigned programs. Manage customer complaints, defects, and quality issues. Work with appropriate departments to determine root causes and corrective actions. Track recurring issues and recommend preventative measures. Ensure products meet established specifications and customer requirements. Financial & Performance Management Monitor program costs, budgets, pricing, and financial performance. Identify opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality and service levels. Prepare program reports and performance updates for management. Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions when goals are not being met. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 3–5 years of experience in Program Management, Apparel, Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, Supply Chain, or a related industry. Strong organizational and project-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Preferred Experience working with uniforms, corporate apparel, workwear, or specialty Direct Uniform Sales programs. Knowledge of garment construction, textiles, sizing, and apparel quality standards. Experience working with ERP, inventory management, order management, or warehouse management systems. Experience managing customer-specific Direct Uniform Sales programs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout operational areas as needed. Ability to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods. Work Environment This position will work in an office or remote environment. Some travel required. required.
