Program Manager - Trust & Safety Policy

Remote | Ireland | 6-Month Contract

We're hiring a Trust & Safety Policy Program Manager to support one of the world's largest community-driven technology platforms.

This role will focus on improving operational efficiency across Trust & Safety by partnering with Policy, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to drive AI-enabled workflow improvements, tooling enhancements, analytics, and cross-functional initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve operational workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on tooling improvements.
• Develop dashboards and operational reporting.
• Improve transparency reporting processes.
• Manage tooling roadmaps and prioritization.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience.
• Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Zendesk.
• Experience with analytics, dashboards, and workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-driven process improvements.

Nice to Have

• Trust & Safety or Content Moderation experience.
• SQL, Looker Studio, or Hex.
• Experience within consumer technology, social media, marketplaces, or online community platforms.

Location: Remote - Ireland

Contract: 6 Months (with potential extension)
