CLT Program Manager
As the CLT Program Manager, you’ll serve as the operational hub for clinical leadership programs, partnering closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Physician Executives to ensure leadership initiatives are organized, well-coordinated, and successfully executed.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage annual calendars, project plans, timelines, workflows, and recurring leadership programs
- Coordinate Clinical Leadership Team (CLT) meetings, councils, clinician reviews, and leadership initiatives
- Manage communications, meeting materials, presentations, agendas, and follow-ups
- Track participation, action items, deliverables, and program completion through dashboards and reporting
- Coordinate clinician engagement, wellness, leadership education, Grand Rounds, workshops, surveys, and recognition programs
- Lead planning and execution of annual retreats and onsite events, including vendors, logistics, travel, budgets, and event-day coordination
- Develop and maintain SOPs, templates, trackers, dashboards, and centralized documentation
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and continuously improve recurring programs and processes
- Partner with senior clinical and corporate stakeholders to drive accountability and timely execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, project coordination, executive support, healthcare administration, event planning, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong project management, organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience creating project plans, dashboards, SOPs, templates, and process-improvement tools
- Experience supporting physicians, healthcare executives, senior leaders, or geographically dispersed teams is highly preferred
- Experience in clinician engagement, leadership development, wellness programs, recognition programs, events, surveys, or healthcare initiatives is a plus
- Strong judgment, discretion, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities
