Role purpose

This role supports the execution and coordination of Foundever.org’s global programs and partnerships.

You will work closely with the Global Operational Director to ensure that initiatives across multiple countries are delivered effectively, partners are engaged, and internal teams are aligned.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with strong exposure to international projects, social impact initiatives, and client-related activities.

Key responsibilities

Program coordination

• Support the execution of programs across multiple countries (e.g. education, employability, mentoring initiatives)
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables across projects
• Coordinate with local teams and partners to ensure smooth delivery
• Support the preparation and follow-up of program launches and events (virtual and in person)

Partnership support

• Coordinate day-to-day communication with NGO partners and external stakeholders
• Support the preparation of partnership materials and proposals
• Track partnership pipeline and next steps Follow up on ongoing initiatives to ensure progress

Client & internal support

• Support the integration of Foundever.org initiatives into client conversations (e.g. presentations, materials)
• Help prepare content for business reviews and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams (Account Managers, HR, Communications, etc.) across regions

Content & communication

• Draft simple and clear content for: Program updates, Internal communications,External materials (social media, website, PR)
• Ensure consistency of messaging across materials

Operations & reporting

• Profile Maintain trackers for programs, partnerships, and key initiatives
• Support the consolidation of updates for internal reporting
• Help organize documentation and materials

Profile and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of professional experience Practical experience in program coordination, partnerships, or social impact initiatives will be considered
• Fluent in English and Spanish (both required)
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to draft high-quality, structured, and audience appropriate content with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• French language skills
• Experience in NGOs, social impact, or foundations
• Exposure to partnerships, project management, or consulting environments
