In Diraq's environment, the Program Scheduler acts as the central hub for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project timelines. This role is critical for ensuring that product launches, events, and operational deliverables happen efficiently, with minimal waste and maximum impact.

Technical: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Milestones Pro, Open Project) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Knowledge: Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; familiarity with design and production workflows.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability
Experience: 4+ years prior experience in scheduling and/or project coordination in fast-paced environments is a plus.
Professional Certifications: Schedule (PMI-SP, CST, or MSP-S) or Program Management (PMP or MPM) or other related program management certifications such as Lean 6 Sigma

Additional Considerations
- Help define and prioritize product roadmaps and facilities builds.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and resource constraints.
- Support lean decision-making by providing data-driven schedule insights
- Support proposal efforts and what-if scenarios as needed
- Develop and maintain resource-loaded project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project and Open Project. Create schedule templates for recurring activities.
- Coordinate with technical program managers, and technical leads, portfolio analysts, and other key contributors to define task durations, dependencies, and milestones.
- Monitor progress and identify potential delays or resource bottlenecks early.
- Prepare and distribute status reports to leadership and stakeholders
- Manage dependencies and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery
- Adjust schedules based on scope changes, funding shifts, or product pivots
- Support risk management by incorporating risk burndowns and networking impacts to discrete activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve scheduling conflicts and align deliverables.
- Maintain health metrics using industry best practices.
- Mentor technical team and leadership in decomposing work scope and development of schedule
- In partnership with Portfolio Management Office develop portfolio schedule standards of practice including schedule health metrics, field usages, WBS and OBS alignment, etc.
