About The Role

As a Programme and Executive Support Co-ordinator, you'll provide proactive administrative, coordination and organisational support to a busy programme team and senior leaders. You'll manage meetings, maintain programme records, coordinate activities, and ensure information, actions and decisions are effectively tracked and communicated.

How You'll Make a Difference

  • Monitor actions, deadlines and key deliverables to support the successful delivery of programme objectives.
  • Support meetings and governance processes, including scheduling, preparation of papers and recording actions.
  • Build positive relationships with colleagues, senior leaders, contractors and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and quality-check reports, presentations, briefings and other programme documentation.
  • Maintain accurate programme records and SharePoint systems, ensuring good information management practices.
  • Respond to stakeholder enquiries and help ensure the right information reaches the right people at the right time.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience providing senior administrative, PA or project support within a complex organisation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience coordinating with a range of stakeholders, including senior managers and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence building professional relationships.
  • Experience producing high-quality reports, presentations, meeting packs and other business documentation.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint.
