The role is accountable for governing programme costs, resources, investment planning and portfolio governance across Procurement Transformation initiatives including Quantum, DOS and other transformation programmes . The objective is to ensure projects are delivered within budget, appropriately resourced, and aligned to bp's strategic priorities. In this role You will be doing: Cost forecasting and optimisation and Resource planning and mobilisation Budget management and cost analytics Investment planning and governance across transformation initiatives Govern transformation demand pipeline Prioritise initiatives against Digital North Star objectives Support Design Authority decision making Maintain portfolio records in ADO and central governance tools Annual planning and forecasting, FP&A submissions, Variance analysis Cost allocation and recharge management Quarterly and monthly leadership performance reporting Release Orders (ROs) and Statements of Work (SoWs) MSP invoice governance Fieldglass process improvements Change Control Note (CCN) management Governance and improvement of the RCT application Resource onboarding and offboarding Dashboard and workflow improvements and User training and business support Partner Procurement DS&T leadership Support cost reduction and value tracking Deliver insight-based decision support and Coordinate planning across transformation portfolios What You will need to be successful: Proven experience in procurement, project management or business partnering Experience in finance, controlling or performance management Strong experience managing budgets, resources and transformation portfolios Experience with SAP, Ariba, Fieldglass Power BI, Excel, RCT (Resource Cost Tracking) application expertise Ability to work with Senior partners through multiple areas and businesses At bp, we provide the following environment & benefits to you: · Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elements · Life & health insurance, medical care package · Hybrid working arrangement aligned with team arrangements and business needs · Opportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning options · Celebrate in bp’s success.
