Rate: Up to £900/day Outside IR35

Role
I'm supporting a major science-led organisation undergoing significant operational, workforce and digital transformation and am looking for an experienced Programme Director to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership.
You'll be responsible for building an integrated transformation roadmap, shaping strategic workforce plans, managing organisational change and ensuring delivery across multiple business-critical initiatives.
Ideal background:
- Programme Director/Transformation Director level
- Workforce planning and organisational design
- Large-scale business transformation
- Digital/AI-enabled transformation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership
Experience in pharma, life sciences, R&D, manufacturing or other highly technical environments would be advantageous.
