We're looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead a significant business transition programme across Kordia on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a complex, high-profile programme spanning technology, operations, commercial and finance workstreams. You'll bring structure, clarity and momentum to multiple interconnected workstreams, ensuring change is carefully coordinated, risks are managed and key milestones are delivered.
Working closely with senior leaders and technical specialists, you'll play a central role in turning strategic objectives into practical outcomes, while ensuring business continuity and minimising disruption to our people, customers and services.

- Lead and coordinate multiple workstreams spanning business operations, technology, infrastructure and organisational change.
- Establish strong programme governance, reporting and risk management practices.
- Work closely with senior leaders, project managers and subject matter experts to drive delivery and resolve roadblocks.
- Oversee complex operational and technology transitions, ensuring business continuity and minimal customer disruption.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate change communications across internal and external groups.
- Monitor programme performance, proactively managing risks, issues and competing priorities to keep delivery on track.
- Lead approximately 3 project managers

- Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex business transformation or transition programmes.
- Strong programme governance, planning, financial management and risk management capability.
- Experience coordinating multiple interdependent projects across technical and non-technical teams.
- Exposure to telecommunications, technology, infrastructure or other complex operational environments would be advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage and influence at executive level.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic priorities with practical delivery.
- A proactive, pragmatic approach, with the ability to bring clarity and direction to ambiguity.
