This is the kind of programme you can talk about around the dinner table. £100m+ investment, household brand that will shape how an enterprise multi-billion £ will operate decades from today.
I'm working on a genuinely significant transformation for a major UK organisation.
At its heart, the programme is replacing the critical operational backbone that manages customer orders and gets products to site every single day. But this isn't a technology replacement. It's a complete rethink of how the organisation operates.
New processes. New data flows. New customer interactions. New technology. New ways of working.
And you're joining at the point where all of those moving parts need to come together.
We're looking for a Programme Manager who can:
- Lead a complex enterprise transformation from design through to deployment
- Bring business, technology, data, integration, testing and change together
- Lead multiple senior workstream leads and delivery partners
- Challenge decisions, remove blockers and keep the end-to-end solution moving
- Own integrated testing, readiness, pilot and rollout
- Operate confidently with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
- Take accountability when things get complicated
You'll be leading a significant team across Business, Technology, Data, Change, Testing, PMO and Cutover, with major external delivery partners also involved.
We're looking for someone who has already delivered large-scale enterprise transformation, ideally involving ERP, complex integration, data, operational systems and significant business change.
Industry experience in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, construction or another operationally critical environment would be a big plus.
But ultimately, I'm looking for someone who can look at a complicated transformation, see how all the pieces connect, and make sure they actually work together.
The decisions made here will help define how the organisation operates for the next decade and beyond.
If you're a Programme Manager who wants your next programme to have genuine scale, complexity and impact, I'd like to talk.
