We are continuing to grow our international delivery capability and are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support a major ServiceNow transformation programme within a global enterprise environment.

We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead join us to lead and coordinate large-scale ServiceNow integration programmes. This is a fully remote position, available to candidates based in Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany, working within a global stakeholder environment.

The programmes involves managing multiple system integrators and stakeholders across international teams.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organised, and comfortable driving delivery across complex enterprise programmes while managing senior stakeholders and third-party partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a large-scale ServiceNow transformation and integration programme.
• Coordinate activities across multiple global teams and system integrators.
• Manage relationships with key delivery partners including Large Service Partners
• Drive programme governance, planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and managed effectively.
• Escalate and resolve issues where required to maintain programme momentum.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide clear programme status updates to senior leadership.
• Ensure delivery aligns with agreed business objectives and timelines.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong ServiceNow Programme Management experience.
• Experience managing large global System Intergrators, or similar.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong coordination, planning, governance, and reporting experience.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Confident, assertive, and able to challenge where required to drive outcomes.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working across distributed global delivery teams.
• Previous involvement in large-scale ServiceNow integration programmes.
• Experience operating within complex enterprise organisations.
• Knowledge of Agile and traditional programme delivery methodologies.
• Being fluent in German would be an advantage
