Quest2Freedom is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to addressing human trafficking through education, cultural awareness, strategic advocacy, and survivor-centered emergency transitional services. Programs Lead Role Overview The Programs Lead oversees the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of Quest2Freedom’s core program areas, known as the P.A.C.E. pillars : P artnerships, A dvocacy, C lient Services, and E ducation. This volunteer leadership role ensures that all programs are mission‑aligned, trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and effectively implemented. The Programs Lead collaborates closely with coordinators, volunteers, interns, and community partners to strengthen service delivery and expand organizational impact. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership & Development Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of all P.A.C.E. program areas. Ensure programs reflect trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and survivor‑centered practices. Identify opportunities to expand or strengthen program offerings based on community needs and sector trends. Develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and workflows. Team Coordination & Support Provide leadership and guidance to program coordinators (Advocacy, Client Services, Outreach, Partnerships, Research). Support volunteers and interns involved in program activities. Facilitate regular program meetings, updates, and cross‑team communication. Strategic Planning & Alignment Ensure programs align with Quest2Freedom’s mission, strategic plan, and organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to set program priorities and annual objectives. Monitor program performance and recommend improvements based on data and feedback. Partnership & Community Engagement Support the development of partnerships that enhance program reach and effectiveness. Represent Quest2Freedom in community coalitions, trainings, and collaborative initiatives. Promote culturally informed engagement strategies across all program areas. Program Evaluation & Reporting Track program metrics, outcomes, and impact indicators. Prepare periodic reports for leadership, grants, and board updates. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal and external requirements. Qualifications Experience in program management, nonprofit leadership, social services, or related fields. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to coordinate multiple program areas and support diverse teams. Understanding of trauma‑informed, culturally responsive, and survivor‑centered practices. Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12–18 hours/month. Commitment to Quest2Freedom’s mission, values, and strategic goals. Additional Notes Orientation and onboarding will be provided. All volunteers must sign a Volunteer Agreement and adhere to confidentiality and ethics policies. Training may be required for certain volunteer assignments.
