Job Title: Project Administrative Assistant Location: Remote (US-based) FLSA Classification Non-exempt Job Description: Orbital Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will assist Project Managers, Engineers and Leaders in various administrative tasks in order to provide high class service to our clients. Essential Functions Provide administrative support to project managers and technical managers throughout the project life cycle Prepare and edit professional documentation, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, and other correspondence Project set-up, project close-out, processing purchase orders, processing invoices, and working with project managers on other project related tasks Perform Administration Assistant duties to support management with client related tasks and per the Orbital Quality Management System (QMS) Assist in maintaining QMS compliance with project related files Working with internal and external stakeholders on projects Assist in preparing project status reports Other Duties Please note that this job posting does not list all duties and responsibilities that are required of this job. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High School Diploma Three years of administrative experience, preferably in the AEC industry Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office suite Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and provide administrative support to teams Preferred Requirements Associate’s Degree Previous Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint experience Location Note: This is a remote position. Compensation is based on market data and internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s location.
