Project Administrator - Flexible Hours Cheltenham – Full time and Part Time 24hrs p/w upwards considered Closing Date: 7 th September 2026 , we reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications. Here at CoreTech we continue to grow and have the need to hire an additional member of the Commercial team. You’ll be working closely with people who genuinely back each other. Everyone pitches in and works towards the same goal, supporting each other to keep CoreTech projects running smoothly. There is true variety in this role – you’ll be responsible for ensuring that our consultants and project teams have everything needed from a back-office perspective to guarantee projects are run efficiently. You’ll have the ownership of day-to-day procurement, financial administration and project processes. Working closely with multiple areas of the business it’s imperative that you have a keen eye for detail, the ability to keep organised, and to prioritise effectively within project delivery schedules. Outside of the day-to-day you will get involved with ongoing business improvements and help us evolve our processes with the focus on being consistent, compliant, documented and efficient. The work is varied, but there is one common theme – a need for someone who takes pride in keeping things accurate, organised and confidential. Who are you: Someone with experience of administration in an office-based environment, ideally with a lens on finance and/or procurement where you dealt with a large volume of requests meticulously. You’re organised and detail-orientated, knowing what to tackle first and how to prioritise keeping everything on track. You treat data integrity as a personal standard. You communicate efficiently and effectively both in person and in writing. You can spot and identify areas for process improvement, and have the knowledge to suggest and implement solutions. Someone eligible for UK Security Clearance up to SC level. The role is based in our Cheltenham office. Given the close working relationships required with our Commercial and Operations Teams, we expect this role to be primarily office-based; the day-to-day nature of the work means being present and accessible makes a real difference to the quality of service you provide. Once you embed with the team, we’re open to hybrid arrangements up to one day a week from home, depending on planned activities. You’ll be able to enjoy a flexible and/or part-time structure of whatever works for you. With flexibility to work around school hours or family commitments, and genuine trust when it comes to managing your working hours. Whilst this is ideally a full-time role, we’re open to working schedules offering 24 hours per week upwards. Work Benefits 25 days holiday per year (with bank holidays on top), option to buy up to 5 days per year. For full time service. Level up with an extra day of holiday per year, up to an extra 5 days, starting from 2 years' service. Regular events including internal technical conferences, company socials and pizza-fuelled lunchtime seminars. Free seasonal fruit, tea, coffee, milk, squash and hot chocolate. Health Benefits - Private medical including access to Private online GP, and a helpline to speak with various healthcare professionals. Physiotherapists, osteopaths or chiropractors for muscle, bone, and joint pain. Mental health - counselling, and specialist consultations and treatment with psychologists and cognitive behavioural therapists. Annual Health assessment. Financial Benefits A company bonus scheme so that everybody is rewarded for company success. This is an annual award that is based on the company hitting its targeted forecast. We have achieved this every year to date. 8% company contribution to pension with no minimum requirement for employee contribution. Death in Service cover of 4x base salary. Lifestyle Benefits Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave: 12 weeks maternity leave at full pay as soon as you join, further enhanced to 20 weeks full pay from 2 years’ service. 2 weeks paternity leave at full pay as soon as you join, further enhanced to 4 weeks full pay from 2 years’ service. Enhanced cycle-to-work scheme including the ability to purchase a bike over £1,000 (e-bikes, specialist cycles and trikes allowed). Additional Details Our interview process is quick and to the point: if you look like a good fit for the role, we'll schedule a call to discuss it in more detail and answer any questions you may have. If that goes well, we’ll invite you to our office for a more in-depth competency based interview. Closing Date: 7 th September 2026 , we reserve the right to close this advert early if we receive a high volume of suitable applications. Location We are based in the centre of Cheltenham in a stunning new build contemporary office, 5 minutes’ walk from the local shops and cafes.
