Job Title: Project Architect Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for the preparation of Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. You must be adaptable to various project types, including programming, code/zoning, entitlement issues, construction documentation, bidding, permitting, and construction administration processes. Responsibilities Prepare Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. Adapt to details of different project types, including programming and code/zoning. Manage entitlement issues, construction documentation, bidding, and permitting. Oversee and execute the construction administration process. Essential Skills Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with construction document and construction administration phases. Ability to produce construction documents. 5-15 years of relevant experience. Accredited degree in Architecture. Actively pursuing licensure or licensed architect status. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in retail or multi-family residential markets. Interest and experience in multi-project sectors such as retail, industrial, commercial, multi-family, and workplace. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $48.08/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
