Role Description This full-time Project Architect role is a hybrid position based in Bhubaneswar, allowing a combination of on-site work and some work from home. The Project Architect will lead and coordinate architectural projects from concept through construction, including design development, preparation of drawings and specifications, and oversight of project documentation and submittals. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, ensuring design intent is maintained, and addressing technical and regulatory requirements. The role involves managing schedules and deliverables, guiding junior team members, integrating sustainable design principles where applicable, and using digital tools such as BIM to support accurate, efficient project execution. The Project Architect will also participate in site visits, review construction progress, and assist with resolving design and construction issues.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage project documentation and submittals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, technical detailing, and familiarity with local codes and guidelines.
• Experience with Project Management, including planning, coordination, tracking milestones, and managing stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or comparable sustainable design frameworks, with interest in environmentally responsible architecture.
• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows to create, coordinate, and maintain project models and drawings.
• Relevant degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or progress toward licensure is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with CAD, visualization software, and preparation of construction documents; prior work on commercial or residential projects in India is a plus.
