  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills to flag identify emerging issues and support timely corrective action.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using project scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
  • Experience in data analytics to identify trends, predict project outcomes, and provide insights to support data driven decisions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Attend and contribute to meetings, prepare accurate records and produce high-quality written reports and operating procedures.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • A relevant NFQ Level 8 third-level qualification in civil engineering, project management, project controls, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in project management, project delivery and execution across projects of varying size and complexity.
  • Experience working within a consulting and engineering organisation.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary design teams across the full lifecycle of engineering projects in the UK and/or Ireland.

Desirable:

  • Experience in delivering project controls support in projects within a Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Experience in delivering project controls support systems manuals and training.
