Project Control Lead

Wood is recruiting for a Project Control Lead to join its Projects Team, focusing on engineering, procurement and construction of complex plants in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industries. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week. #LI-Hybrid The Role Being part of the Project Control Department, coordinating the team of planning and cost control engineers on the project, ensuring consistency among the team in terms of analysis and reporting. Accountable for accuracy and timeliness of S-curves and histograms produced by team. Accountable for delivery and ongoing maintenance of the projects, logic linked Gantt Charts (with Primavera P6). Accountable for providing analysis of current and future resource needs for the project to the Project Manager. Lead cost and schedule risk analysis workshops / sessions both internally and with clients. Ensure Project Controls processes and procedures are accurate, that the project controls team are familiar with them and comply with their requirements.
