Project Control Manage

Role Description The Project Control Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing the planning, monitoring, and control of training and environmental programs. This role includes developing project plans, defining scope and milestones, and coordinating schedules and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery. The Project Control Manager will track budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular progress and variance reports for internal stakeholders and partners. Daily activities involve analyzing project data, identifying risks and issues, proposing corrective actions, and ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards. The role also requires close coordination with trainers, subject matter experts, and the operations team to optimize processes and support strategic initiatives in line with the center’s sustainability objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills to plan, execute, and control multiple training and environmental initiatives.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret project data, assess performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting skills to manage project costs, monitor expenditures, and support financial reporting and forecasting.
• Relevant experience in environmental, sustainability, or training projects is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office or similar software is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
