Project Controls Specialist - Scheduler

We are looking for a Project Controls Specialist / Scheduler to support our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update construction schedules in Primavera P6.
• Track project progress, milestones, critical path, and delays.
• Perform schedule updates and analysis.
• Maintain project information and coordination through Procore.
• Prepare schedule reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and construction teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Project Controls or Construction Scheduling.
• Strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
• Procore experience required.
• Construction industry experience, preferably with US projects.
• Strong Excel and English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Availability: Candidates able to start immediately are strongly preferred.
