Procurement activities: issuing purchase and change orders, tracking documentation, and receipt of orders for all components of construction projects. Set up and maintain a detailed project tracking sheet to monitor and track progress for each project. Communicate with vendors to support Project Manager(s) with production and delivery timeframes for long-term items. Utilize Procore for submittal and drawing management, including uploading and tracking of status of tasks. Assist Project Manager(s) with materials takeoffs, vendor quote requests, bid comparisons and other preconstruction and project execution activities. Compile and prepare Operation & Maintenance Manuals. Responsible for formatting, printing and shipping of documents and final O&M manuals at project end. Work in a team environment with Project Manager(s) to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Work closely with Project Manager(s), Construction Manager(s), and Field Supervisor(s) to ensure coordination of deliveries. Escalate project risks, schedule concerns, or procurement challenges to project management as needed. Foster Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness. Requirements Requirements Qualification/Requirements: Excellent internal & external communication skills – both written and verbal. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required; Bluebeam experience is preferred. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment. Communicate Effectively: Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office required). Education/Experience: University degree preferred, or experience in Project Coordination in a similar industry.
