What You'll Do As a Project Coordinator, you'll be a vital part of the team, helping keep projects organized, compliant, and moving forward successfully. Responsibilities include: Coordinate project activities, schedules, and documentation Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to support reporting, tracking, and project administration Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to support ongoing initiatives Maintain accurate project records, data entry, and document control processes Schedule meetings and provide administrative support to project teams Work closely with engineering, operations, safety, and other internal stakeholders Support construction and field operations through project coordination efforts Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements Assist with process improvements and implementation of best practices Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external partners on program initiatives What We're Looking For Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience in project coordination, project administration, or office support roles Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams High School Diploma or equivalent Experience supporting utility, construction, engineering, or field operations environments is a plus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Career Growth & Development Gain exposure to engineering, construction, operations, and project management teams while building a strong foundation for future career advancement. Apply today! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
