What we’re looking for:
This is a client-facing project coordinator role — someone who can juggle multiple deadline-driven projects at once (timelines, scheduling, training, reporting, data entry) while acting as the go-to escalation point for client concerns, especially billing and service issues. Strong candidates bring at least 3 years of project management/customer service experience, ideally with utility, telecom, or waste industry background (Engie Impact client-facing experience is a bonus). They need to be highly organized and detail-oriented (reviewing spreadsheets/reports for accuracy and errors), comfortable leading daily stand-ups and coordinating across teams, and skilled at both written and verbal communication with everyone from clients to executives.
Preferred Experience:
- Utility/Telecom/Waste industry knowledge experience a plus.
- At least 3 years of project management and customer related work experience.
- Preferred 6+ months of Engie Impact in a client facing role.

Target Annual Compensation Range for this role will be Min: $18.75 Mid: $25.00 Max: $28.00. There will also be a competitive benefits and equity (bonus if applicable) component to the package. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills, experience, and location of the qualified candidate.
