Clear communication, follow-through and a willingness to help are key. As the Project Coordinator, you will help keep client work organized and moving efficiently from initiation through delivery. You will support project managers, account teams, creative teams and production partners by coordinating timelines, maintaining project information and assisting with the day-to-day details required to deliver high-quality work. In this role, you’ll need to come to the table with the following skills and qualifications: Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, project management or a related field. A marketing background and an understanding of common marketing channels and deliverables. Basic project management knowledge, including experience working with timelines, deadlines, task assignments and multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. A proactive approach, strong follow-through and the confidence to ask questions when information or direction is unclear. Comfort working with project management software, Microsoft Office or similar workplace tools. The ability to work collaboratively while also taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Experience in an advertising, marketing or communications agency is considered a strong asset. Experience supporting print or digital production is considered an asset. Agriculture or agri-food industry experience is considered an asset, but is not required .
