SUMMARY Partner is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Project Coordinator (PC) to support ALTA Survey production and quality workflows. The primary focus of this temporary role will be reviewing title documents and making surveys interactive for internal and client-facing use. This opportunity is well suited for international hires who can support U.S.-based operations and work U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) hours during training and onboarding. What We’re Looking For • Strong attention to detail and ability to review technical documents with accuracy • Ability to interpret, organize, and compare title and survey-related information • Clear and professional communication skills in written English • Highly organized with the ability to manage repetitive detail-oriented tasks and meet turnaround expectations • Comfort working with digital documents, internal systems, and survey-related files • Flexibility to work U.S. CST hours during the initial training and onboarding period Temporary Assignment and Schedule Requirements • This is a six-month temporary hire position supporting ALTA survey production, title review, and interactive survey preparation • International candidates may be considered; however, availability during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) business hours is required for training and onboarding • Flexible hours are required for the first 30 days to support live training, knowledge transfer, and workflow alignment with the U.S.-based team • After the initial onboarding period, schedule expectations may be adjusted based on business needs, performance, and workflow coverage • The position will be reviewed for possible extension after the initial six-month period, pending performance review, business needs, and workflow coverage requirements Qualifications • Experience with document review, title review, quality control, or data organization preferred • Familiarity with ALTA surveys, title commitments, or real estate due diligence is a plus, but not required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning internal document platforms • Reliable internet access and ability to participate in virtual training and remote collaboration Why Join Us • Opportunity to support a specialized ALTA survey operations team in a temporary capacity • Exposure to U.S. commercial real estate due diligence, title review, and survey production workflows • Structured onboarding and training with the U.S.-based ALTA team • Fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with clear process expectations Compensation: Salary range is $20-$21/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role. The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
