As our US team continues to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of world-class events across a portfolio of global client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career event experience who is looking to develop their project management skills within a fast-paced global agency environment. About the Role As a Project Coordinator, you'll provide essential project management, administrative and logistical support across multiple events and client programmes. Working closely with Project Managers, Producers and wider delivery teams, you'll help keep projects organised, on schedule and running smoothly. You'll play a critical role in maintaining project documentation, coordinating event logistics, supporting client communications and ensuring the highest standards of delivery throughout the event lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, thrives on organisation and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
